Wellbeing Made Personal (WMP) is a mentoring service that teaches and supports people to take action and change their behaviours, thus turning goals into measurable change. We believe this is the missing piece in most wellbeing strategies, so we created the solution you can embed, really easily!

We get to know your business
This way we can develop a perfect delivery and communications plan to suit the uniqueness of your teams and operations.

We launch & gather a baseline
Our launch introduces your people to the service and gets them excited about reaching goals that they choose. We gather a baseline so we can track progress across multiple skills as well as goal success.

We deliver regular support, flexibly
Over a period of 2 months participants have two mentoring sessions either in person or virtually to fit their diaries, with weekly accountability support to turn their goals into action!

We report progress & trends for your culture
After the 2 months we discover what has been achieved so we can celebrate success, identify activities that can support continued change and form your culture.
How it works:
It helps people turn knowledge into action
Understanding what a nutritious diet is doesn’t mean we eat one. Learning about mental health is important but it rarely changes how we feel. Training of any type falls short on longer term impacts unless people are able to immediately implement it (Blume et al, 2019). Wellbeing Mentoring provides the skills and practice space to turn knowledge into action.
It provides real human connection
There is no app for this. People need people. Someone to listen, support, motivate and hold you to account for your goals, without any other motive than care. Particularly important with feelings of isolation / loneliness in Site Teams away from home.
It develops mental and emotional skills
Not only do people learn practical skills, but taking ownership of our own well-being, understanding our motivations and behaviours and learning how to overcome difficulties builds confidence, self efficacy and resilience.
It’s positive and action focused
WMP supports everyone to move positively towards a goal suitable for where they are in their journey. It also celebrates those success, building a positive culture of growth to everyone with your business.
It’s inclusive by design
We say WMP has targeted support with universal access. Your whole team can access regardless of location, schedule, gender, culture or anything else that can be a challenge. You don’t have to worry if your wellbeing strategy is fairly tackling all subjects because MWP assumes EVERYONE is unique and gives people only what they need. And deliver, that’s as simple as needing a phone.
It’s easy to measure and report impact
We record the journey, gathering an understanding of where people start their journey, and what people achieve whilst also maintaining complete anonymity. For example we measure confidence, skill development, personal motivation as well as completed goals.
It fits into and enhances other HR and wellbeing activities
There’s no need to replace your strategy, this service supports other activities to be more effective. Helping people act on health checks, make habits out of corporate gym memberships or use knowledge about mental wellbeing.
